How is everyone doing?!? For this months weight loss update, I was not going to have much to tell you guys...but this week it decided to change for me. For some reason I have lost 3 pounds so far this week!! I have not been exercising as much as I should be, but I have not been eating as much either. For working out this week I went to Zumba on Tuesday which lasts for an hour then my friend and I walked for probably a mile. Today I just did 175 squats and completed the 30 day squat challenge. I just added a push up challenge and restarted the squat challenge, so we will see how that goes. Last month after having my mother measure my body to see if I lost any inches and found out that I have lost around 15 inches!! I will post a picture below of my weight loss from February to April as of right now.
